We use finely ground rice flour and cane sugar to give our pound cake a sweet, melt-in-the-mouth taste. APPLE SENCHA MILK TEA
Crushed leaves are added to the dough just beforehand to take advantage of the delicate aroma of the sencha. Its aroma is enhanced with tea leaf syrup which is made each time.
